FBB1-3 Elbow Bench Beveling Machine
- can perform beveling, facing, and counterboring operations simultaneously
- based on standard US40 design, the machining spindle is equipped with a standard plate with 4 tool holders in which insert holders can be attached with requested angle(s)
- height adjustment allow a very precise setting of the elbow and spindle axes ( 0.078”, 2mm)
- the left hand-side of the table clamps the elbow
- cross-tables can be adjusted in 0.19” (5mm) accuracy
- clamping is done manually
- for each elbow cross table with clamping system come into position automatically. Cross table orientates itself accordingly to the face of elbow (90° rotation)
